With over 18 years of experience recycling assets for consumers and more than 8 million devices processed, we're seeking a talented Marketing Executive to amplify and take ownership of our B2B division, generating high value corporate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Budget Planning: Assist in budget planning allocation, focusing on ROI.
- Driving Leads: Plan and develop relevant and suitable campaigns (both organic and paid for) focusing on lead generation.
- Website Optimisation: Suggest and implement website optimisations using WordPress, focusing on UX and SEO improvements.
- Multi-Channel Optimisation: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social, email, paid etc.) targeting key verticals such as IT, Procurement, and compliance teams.
- Design Content: Leverage brand assets to produce/suggest effective visual materials: ads, emails, business materials etc.
- Reporting - Monitor KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, website traffic, social engagement, and campaign ROI. Confident utilising Google Analytics 4 and basic skills in GTM.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years’ marketing experience in a B2B or similar role.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques: PPC, SEO, LinkedIn campaign management, email marketing.
- Previous experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Strong writing and content development skills - adaptable for both technical and business audiences.
- Creative flair with basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
- Solid project management skills: budgeting, managing and reporting.
- Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data and optimising campaigns.
