Job Purpose
The Bristol Temple Quarter LLP (BTQLLP) is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in delivering one of the UK’s most ambitious regeneration programmes. This high-profile role demands exceptional organisational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, start-up-style public sector environment.
The EA will sit at the heart of a major public sector partnership and provide executive-level support, ensuring the CEO’s time and engagements are managed efficiently, and that key administrative, diary, and stakeholder management functions are handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex diary, meetings, events, and travel arrangements with foresight and efficiency.
- Provide high-quality administrative support, including email and inbox management, prioritising and responding where appropriate.
- Act as first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organise and support board and partnership meetings, including the collation and preparation of agendas, documentation, note taking, and action logs.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders across partner organisations to facilitate CEO engagement and delivery of programme goals.
- Support event management for strategic meetings, site visits, and VIP engagements.
- Ensure smooth operation of day-to-day office administration, including office systems and supplies.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of communication and documentation.
Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications and Knowledge
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of executive-level administrative duties.
- Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles.
- Advanced IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience
- Experience supporting C-suite or executive-level leaders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Confident liaising with senior stakeholders across different sectors.
- Experience in organising meetings, events, or strategic engagements.
