We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Whitbarrow Village. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our lodges, facilities, and grounds in top condition — ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Lake District.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is practical, organised, and confident leading a team while taking ownership of day-to-day maintenance across the resort.

Previous experience in property or facilities maintenance
