Who are we looking for?
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.
You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
What you’ll do:
- Understand the contract including service outcome, scope, timelines and resource required
- Issuing supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets
- Administrating the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors
- Administrating the management of inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns
- Supporting the creation of support materials such as training guides, briefing documentation and booking in documentation
- Updating all systems required for the service; including Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft etc
- Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief
- Supporting the communication of the service status, milestones and risks and issues
- Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally
What you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Experience working in an administrative role
- GCSEs grade 4 and above in Math's and English
- Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
