The College
London College of Music Exams is one of the longest leading-established exam boards for the creative arts in the UK. We encourage and reward achievement in an inclusive, diverse and equitable manner in line with the UWL mission.
LCME offer Music examinations in Music, and in Drama and Communication which are held at centres worldwide, many of which have operated for over half a century. Exams as also provided via a Digital platform that offers recorded and live online exams. Our qualifications are unique in the graded exam sector in being awarded by a university.
The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics, Finance and Travel Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing international examination logistics, supporting representatives, and overseeing financial operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex travel arrangements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
This position is a part time fixed term contract (9 months).
The Person
We are looking for a motivated and accurate individual who offers experience and skills in the organisation and administration of trips and in-person and other formats of person-to-person interactions.

Education & Qualifications
- Minimum of A-levels or equivalent qualification
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, or administration
- Experience with financial administration and invoice processing
- Customer service experience, preferably in an international context
- Experience using CRM systems and database management
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
