We’re looking for a driven and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, helping to create engaging content, analyse campaign performance, and assist with day-to-day marketing tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification. You’ll work on real projects, contribute ideas, and develop practical skills that will set the foundation for a successful career in marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will support the Marketing team in delivering engaging campaigns and day-to-day activities across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
Campaign Support
Assist in the planning, scheduling, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Help write and design content for emails, social media, and internal communications.
Monitor campaign performance and gather analytics to support future improvements.
Social Media & Content Creation
Support the creation of social media content, including imagery, captions, and video clips.
Schedule and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
Research trends and contribute fresh content ideas to boost engagement.
Marketing Administration
Help coordinate marketing materials and maintain up-to-date stock of literature and branded assets.
Assist with internal communication updates and promotional calendars.
Track campaign spend and maintain records for reporting purposes.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct background research on customers, competitors, and industry trends.
Support data collection for reports and campaign analysis.
Sales Support & Enablement
Create or update sales materials such as flyers, brochures, email templates, and presentations.
Work with the sales team to understand their needs and help deliver tools that drive lead generation.
System & Software Use
Learn and use marketing systems such as email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, and CRMs.
Keep digital files, content libraries, and tracking spreadsheets organised and up to date.
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a genuine interest in marketing and ideally some hands-on experience, either through previous work, studies, or personal projects.
Essential:
A strong interest in marketing, social media, and digital content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing platforms and tools.
Desirable:
Previous experience in a marketing, social media, or admin role (this could be through a part-time job, internship, or school/college project).
Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar.
Basic understanding of content creation for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
An understanding of branding and tone of voice.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
A qualification or coursework in marketing, media, business, or a related subject would be a bonus.

A keen interest in marketing, business, media, or communications.

Training to be provided:
Training for this qualification will be provided by ourselves at SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Our tuition is all delivered in the workplace and bespoke to your particular role. Dependent on the learner's prior knowledge.
Multi-Channel Marketing Level 3 standard, 18 months practical with an additional 3 months End Point Assessment period.
Functional Skills in Maths, and English (if required).
