Your Mission
Landlord Acquisition & Stock Generation
- Be the face of Right Room in your area — generate leads, network like a pro, and build our landlord base
- Confidently pitch and present our services at property visits
- Lock in signed Terms of Business and track your wins
Lettings & Property Management
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings with energy and professionalism
- Match tenants with the right properties, making sure it’s a perfect fit
- Use our CRM to manage leads, enquiries, and applications efficiently
Compliance & Admin (We’ve Got Systems to Make This Easy!)
- Make sure landlord docs and listings are compliant and polished
- Upload listings with killer descriptions and great images
- Coordinate smooth tenancy set-ups from start to finish

Who We’re Looking For
- A reliable self-starter who thrives on targets and growth
- Great with people, confident on the phone and in person
- Lettings experience is a bonus — but if you’ve got the hustle, we’ll train you
- Local knowledge of Fareham and surrounding areas = huge plus
- Must have a UK driving licence and your own vehicle

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
