Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing tailored advice and support throughout the sales and lettings process.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively to potential buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions using our administrative systems.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the office.
- Stay updated on market trends, local developments, and competitive properties to provide informed insights to clients.
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting properties through various channels, including social media and online listings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property management is beneficial.
