Kings Estates are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
- To qualify prospective Tenants
- Actively generate new business
- To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
- Carry out Valuations for new listings
- Organise available stock and ensure listings are up to date
The ideal candidate will have knowledge from the property industry ideally as a Lettings Negotiator looking to further their career.
We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in this competitive industry. You must be approachable and friendly with a natural ability for putting the best tenants with the most suitable properties as well as having confidence and excellent telephone manner.
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00.
We work 6 & 5 day weeks with alternate Saturdays during our busy periods and a 5 day working week the rest of the year.
Competitive Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission.
Car and Business Insurance Required
