Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lettings Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the rental of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be highly organised, and have a passion for the property market.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements between tenants and landlords.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
- Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms.
- Handle administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping.
- Build a good relationship with contractors for managing maintenance for our rental properties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or lettings is necessary, additional training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.

The role is 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday. Weekend availability is also useful to join the monthly Saturday rota but not essential.
