Duties
- Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits.
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings.
- Handle administrative duties, including drafting tenancy agreements and related documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in lettings or sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Administrative proficiency in handling paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
- A passion for real estate and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full UK driving license and car (preferred, to conduct viewings).
- Full-Time working hours: 09:00am to 18:30pm Monday to Friday, and 09:30am - 15:30pm alternating Saturdays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
