JOB REF: VAF136: VARIABLE HOURS LECTURER IN EARLY YEARS & SCHOOLS
£20.59 - £21.62 per taught hour, dependent on qualifications & experience
Variable Hours contract, as and when required
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the high performing and rapidly growing ‘Early Years and Schools’ Curriculum Area at Boston College.
You need to have a passion for early years, current up-to-date experience of working in the sector, preferably qualified up to degree level and have an enthusiastic commitment to share your knowledge and experience with learners.
The successful candidate will teach across all courses within the early years’ department. Some experience of teaching or leading training sessions would be desirable. You will be supported through training and ongoing professional development to help you become an outstanding practitioner. This role offers a new career pathway for someone with enthusiasm and a creative mind.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach across courses within the Early Years and Schools department
- Develop and deliver engaging and informative lessons
- Support and inspire students to reach their full potential
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives
