We are looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive and enthusiastic team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a caring, child-centred setting where your contribution will make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent and full relevant qualification)
- Previous experience working in an early years or childcare setting
- A good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
- A team player with a nurturing, proactive, and professional attitude
