Duties
- Prepping and cooking our menu (with room for your own ideas)
- Keeping the kitchen clean to a high standard, safe, and organised
- Working with front-of-house to keep service smooth
- Helping out with events and specials when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
- Proficiency in various cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork skills, with a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
- A passion for delivering delicious food and delighting our customers
