We are looking for a weekend cook who can confidently provide meals for our 17 Residents and staff on duty. An ability to produce home cooked roasts, casseroles, pies, deserts and cakes for afternoon tea is beneficial.
Part of this role includes maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, including the washing up and serving of meals, whilst ensuring high standards are maintained.
The kitchen has a homely atmosphere and everyone is willing to lend a hand if needed. The successful applicant will need to agree to undertake training in food safety and will be offered the opportunity to gain qualifications if needed. The hours of working are 8am - 2pm.
