Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Extraction Cleaner to join our team. The role involves cleaning commercial kitchen ventilation systems (canopies, ductwork, fans, and filters) to TR19 industry standards. This position requires working unsociable hours, including nights and weekends, and may involve travel to various client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean kitchen extraction systems (canopies, ducts, and fans) in line with TR19 regulations.
- Use specialist equipment and cleaning products to remove grease and debris.
- Complete cleaning reports, job sheets, and before/after photographic evidence.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Drive to client locations (company vehicle may be provided).
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to equipment.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company on site.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in duct/extraction cleaning or a similar cleaning role preferred.
- Valid driving licence (essential for mobile roles).
- Good level of physical fitness – ability to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Understanding of TR19 guidelines (training can be provided).
- Ability to work unsociable hours, including nights and weekends.
- Good attention to detail and time management.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.
Desirable:
- TR19 or BESA certification.
- PASMA or IPAF certification.
- CSCS card.
- Knowledge of COSHH and general health & safety regulations.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Experience:
- TR19 or BESA certification.: 3 years (preferred)
