Archway Green are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Estimator to join our rapidly growing office team.
We are a unique, established and experienced landscaping company in Chichester and work on key projects both in the residential and commercial sectors in the South of England.
As a Junior Estimator, you will be required to work alongside our estimating team to prepare soft landscaping proposals for our clients.
Role requirements:
- You will download and print drawings and project specifications
- You will obtain quotes from our suppliers for materials and equipment.
- You will compile and bind proposals.
- You will accurately measure site drawings to the client’s requirements.
- You will ensure that all tenders are submitted in a timely manner and keep a record of incoming and outgoing tenders.
It is essential that you:
- Have a GCSE (or equivalent) A*- C in Maths and English.
- Are computer literate, especially using Excel.
- Are self-motivated, positive and passionate about your work at all times.
- Are a clear communicator with good written and spoken English
- Are punctual and enthusiastic.
- Are organised and manage your time well.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience in an office environment is preferable but not essential.
- Experience using Groundplan.
Full training will be provided so experience is not essential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
