Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with client queries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Deliver excellent service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Assist in resolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
