The Role
As a Junior Customer Success Specialist, you’ll work closely with our clients and internal teams to support campaign delivery, solve challenges, and build long-term relationships. Your mission is to make sure our clients are happy, informed, and achieving their goals with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding of new clients and help them understand our marketing services
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for client communication and campaign updates
- Monitor campaign progress and performance, providing reports and feedback
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and suggest service enhancements
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Proactively resolve client queries or concerns in a timely, professional manner
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with a passion for service excellence
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client-facing roles is a plus — but not essential
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, or marketing platforms is beneficial
