Role Overview
As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers. Your role is to provide friendly, efficient, and professional support, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with questions about marketing campaigns, services, and general information
- Log and update customer information accurately in the company database
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction
- Support administrative tasks related to customer service as required
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts is an advantage but not essential
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
