Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice behind our marketing campaigns. You’ll provide product information, answer queries, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the brand you represent. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who is confident, people-focused, and eager to grow their career in marketing and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent our clients professionally during marketing campaigns and live events
- Provide clear, friendly, and informed support to customers
- Resolve queries and concerns efficiently and with a customer-first mindset
- Collect feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction
- Assist in setting up and managing event or promotional spaces
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to ensure campaign success
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment
