Role Overview:
In this entry-level role, you’ll act as the link between our clients and their customers, combining great service with sales performance. You’ll interact with customers directly, explain products or services, answer questions, and help convert interest into successful outcomes — all while delivering a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner (face-to-face, phone, or event-based)
- Understand client offerings and clearly communicate benefits and features
- Provide high-quality customer service while identifying sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Handle enquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Accurately record customer interactions and feedback
- Support the wider team with campaign setup, reporting, and execution
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with a confident, enthusiastic attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or events is an advantage (but not required)
- Interest in marketing, branding, or customer experience is a plus
