Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Sales Assistant to support both our sales and customer service teams. This role is perfect for someone enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to start a career in marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and following up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales activity reports.
- Provide information to clients about marketing services and campaigns.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
