Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Brand Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while promoting our clients’ brand values. You will assist in delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and image of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Represent the brand effectively, ensuring a positive and consistent image is maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve services and products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service and brand goals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service or marketing is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
