Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you’ll act as a key point of contact between our clients and their customers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, resolving queries, and providing a friendly, professional experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face, phone, or event-based interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and positive manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement
- Support campaign performance by delivering top-tier service and product knowledge
- Provide feedback on customer trends and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer literacy
- No prior experience required – full training is provided
