Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to provide accurate information about our clients’ products and services
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
- Represent client brands at marketing events and on-site campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to support customer engagement goals
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client offerings and campaign developments
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect a high standard of service and professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Confident engaging with customers face-to-face
- No prior experience required – full training provided
