Role Overview
As a Junior Call Centre Sales Agent, you will be the voice of our clients, engaging with customers over the phone to introduce products, services, and promotions. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, persuasive, and eager to kick-start their career in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information to customers and answer any queries.
- Build rapport with clients and customers to create positive interactions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to improve campaign performance.
- Represent client brands professionally and consistently.
Skills & Qualities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm when speaking with customers.
- Persuasive and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Previous experience in sales or call centres is an advantage but not required.
