As a Junior Call Centre Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to our products and services over the phone. You’ll focus on building rapport, understanding customer needs, and closing sales while delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries and follow up as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to optimise results.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient under pressure.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous sales or call centre experience is an advantage but not required—full training provided.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
