Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Provide clear information about our marketing services and campaigns
- Identify client needs and offer suitable marketing solutions
- Record and update client information accurately in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate more complex issues appropriately
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all client interactions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident phone manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Willingness to learn and develop within the marketing industry
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
