Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Call Centre Outbound Sales Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will be supporting outbound sales activities by reaching out to potential customers, promoting products or services, and helping to generate sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Assist in generating leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
- Support in achieving sales targets by engaging customers effectively.
- Record and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives and marketing teams to support campaign goals.
- Provide excellent customer service while handling questions and objections confidently.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking to customers over the phone.

- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
