This role involves engaging with customers and prospects over the phone to support marketing campaigns, answer enquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate information about our marketing products and services
- Assist in promoting marketing campaigns and generating leads
- Log all customer interactions and update relevant databases
- Resolve basic customer concerns or direct calls to appropriate departments
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet campaign goals
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple calls
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is desirable but not required
