About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Call Centre Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to develop their communication skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced call centre environment supporting marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects.
- Support the team in delivering clear information about marketing services and promotional offers.
- Help manage customer enquiries, feedback, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and call logs within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations of the call centre.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Support administrative tasks related to call centre activities as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable telephone manner.
- Organised with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Eager to learn and develop professionally.
