What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Listen carefully to customer needs, answer questions, and provide clear solutions.
- Accurately record and update customer information in our systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring every customer feels heard and supported.
- Meet performance goals in call handling, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training!
