Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers and potential clients to provide information, answer queries, and support marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues where possible
- Record details of calls and customer interactions accurately
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities for marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure consistent communication
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times

- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is advantageous but not essential
