We’re seeking a creative and motivated Junior AI Specialist to help transform our clinic’s workflow—from patient engagement to administration, marketing, and routine optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Chatbot Implementation: Develop and maintain conversational agents for appointment bookings, patient FAQs, and triage.
- Patient Records Workflow: Optimise electronic medical record (EMR) systems with automation, predictive scheduling, and accuracy improvements.
- Customer Service & Admin Support: Automate routine tasks, triage patient inquiries, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Marketing Automation: Support content creation, campaign personalisation, and performance analytics using AI.
- Clinic Operations: Use AI tools to optimise staff scheduling, reduce patient wait times, and streamline routine tasks.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
- Basic proficiency in Python, NLP frameworks, chatbot platforms, or ML libraries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and innovate.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex systems into user-friendly tools.
