Teresa Tarmey is seeking an experienced and dynamic Receptionist to join our flagship Notting Hill clinic. This role is pivotal in creating a seamless and memorable experience for our clients; from booking their treatment, to the moment they walk through our doors. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will play a key role in representing the Teresa Tarmey brand at all stages of the client journey.
Job Title: Part-Time Clinic Receptionist
Location: 206-208 Kensington Park Road, London, W11 1NR
Hours: Mondays: 9am – 2pm and Fridays: 1pm – 6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Client reception: Greet clients in a warm and professional manner. Ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued upon arrival. Provide support with filling out necessary treatment forms.
- Appointment scheduling: Manage the clinic’s appointment system, including booking client treatments, ensuring therapist schedules are efficiently managed, and assisting clients with selecting treatments tailored to their needs.
- Client communication: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from clients, providing accurate and punctual information about treatments and appointment availability.
- Administrative support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing payments, handling invoices, and managing inventory of clinic products.
- Clinic environment :Maintain a clean, organised, and ambient environment in the clinic at all times.
- Coordination with therapists: Collaborate with clinic therapists to ensure that clients' needs are communicated and appointments are efficiently coordinated. Relay any specific notes about clients’ requests or concerns.
- Product purchasing: Provide clients with information about products we retail, gift cards, and treatment packages. Assist with further purchases in an informative and non-pushy way.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-of-house role in the skin / beauty industry, and ideally in a luxury environment.
- Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients confidently and professionally.
- Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and point of sale system (Zenoti knowledge is a bonus)
- Client-centred approach: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Pay: £18,059.24-£36,434.76 per year
