About the role:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact IT projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to maintain momentum and quality
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive engagement
- Oversee project financials including forecasting, profitability, and reporting
- Identify opportunities for additional value through project variations and follow-on work
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure clear roles and responsibilities
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development and resource planning
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive experience in project or programme management within IT environments
- Proven track record delivering complex projects using structured methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets and bids
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, MSP)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with infrastructure, security, cloud, or digital transformation programmes is a plus
