Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment throughout the offices, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols.
- Dust, mop, scrub, and polish surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain an organised stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Cleaning times are approximately 4.30pm-7.00pm on Monday-Wednesday-Friday(3 days)
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work is crucial.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in all tasks.
- Good time management skills to ensure that all cleaning duties are completed within allocated timeframes.
