The Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment where collaboration and support are key? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Internal Sales Representative

Based at our busy Kettering office, you will join our tight-knit team, You’ll generate and follow up on quotes, manage accounts, and play a key role in shaping our customers’ experience. Your interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will be the key drivers of your success in this role.

Key aspects of this role include:

Customer-drivenBe the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for customers across Midlands
Sales impactHelp manage leads, track quotations, win business, and support performance across multiple product lines.


  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships through effective communication and problem resolution

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with a friendly and professional demeanour

  • Process orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate product dispatch

  • Collaborate closely with the sales, operational and logistics teams to ensure smooth transactions and efficient customer service

  • Develop and understand market knowledge, including prices, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy on E1 and Salesforce.

Who you are

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service

  • A logistics background is desirable but not essential

  • Proven track record of multi tasking with the ability to prioritise your workload

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

  • Strong IT skills and flexible approach.

  • Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team environment

  • Self motivated with the desire to learn new skills and knowledge of our industry
