Your Role:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will respond to incoming customer calls and messages, resolve issues, provide product information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Listening to customer concerns and providing accurate solutions
- Processing orders, returns, and account updates as required
- Recording customer interactions and updating records accurately
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For:

- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required—training provided
