The Role As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-sized enterprise clients.
You’ll be at the forefront: prospecting, qualifying, demoing, negotiating, and closing deals. Expect support from BDRs and marketing, but real autonomy to build your patch and make an impact.

The Role As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for mid-sized enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a territory of mid-market accounts
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and your own network
- Deliver engaging product demos to senior stakeholders
- Navigate procurement cycles, handle objections, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain high deal velocity within a compliance-driven sector
- Accurately forecast revenue and exceed quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with product and marketing to refine messaging and feedback from the market
- 2 years + proven success closing SaaS or technology deals in the mid-market segment
- Comfortable running the full sales cycle and consulting with senior decision-makers
- Commercial acumen, resilience, and self-direction — you don’t wait for leads, you create them
- Strong communication, demo, and negotiation skills
- CRM discipline
- Experience selling compliance, productivity, or workflow solutions a strong plus
- Major earning potential with high commission accelerators
- Hot market, low competition, clear value prop — short sales cycles, high win rates
- Real autonomy and ownership — build your territory and make the role your own
