What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts with a strong focus on service and retention
- Building trusted relationships with clients by understanding their goals and delivering value
- Working closely with the sales team to uncover upsell opportunities and support growth
- Attending client meetings, presenting insights, and contributing to account strategy
- Assisting senior leadership with planning and execution across the wider account portfolio
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in a customer-facing, sales, or account support role
- Confidence with systems like Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Analytical mindset – able to review data and spot opportunities or risks
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to take on responsibility
