What You’ll Do
- Research e-learning tools and platforms suitable for internal staff training (e.g., office staff, engineers, and tradespeople)
- Develop a short feasibility report outlining options, costs, and recommendations
- Work alongside the L&D team to understand the content of current face-to-face sessions
- Create a prototype or draft digital learning module for one key topic area
- Present findings and draft outputs to stakeholders at the end of the placement
