As the HR Administrator at Woodland Furniture Group, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our Human Resources department. You’ll be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and ensuring our internal systems remain organised and compliant. You’ll help maintain a positive employee experience by supporting managers and staff with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role
- Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
