Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum subject to experience
Hours Per Week: 40 Hours per week
Working Patterns: Monday – Friday, flexible working hours. 1 day per week working from home if required.

Our Lettings Administrator
Responsible for the administrational process of new and existing Assured Shorthold Tenancies (AST’s), tenant referencing, and collection of rental payments.
- Deliver a smooth move-in experience, constantly seeking out ways to improve processes, in order to positively impact the journey for our customer.
- Complete Right to Rent and Reference checks.
- Create the tenancy/licence agreements and entering details into our CRM system.
- Liaise with the sales/ operations team to ensure a smooth customer journey and move in experience for our customers.
- Deal with general accounting tasks, including uploading of rent schedules
- Identify payments that come in and which tenant they relate to
- Rectify incorrect amounts
- Process refunds.
- Follow up on monthly rental payments and ensuring each tenant is up to date and chasing overdue payments.
- Carry out credit reference and tenant ID checks in line with the current legislation
- Ensure all compliance checks are completed.
- Support the Resident Contracts Manager in delivering new initiatives and creating smoother processes

Professional Experience
- Lettings Administration: Ideally, we're looking for someone with previous lettings administration experience or similar.
- Computer Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with strong typing and digital document management skills.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and active listening skills to support staff and liaise with stakeholders professionally.
Organisation & Time Management: Excellent multitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion. - Adaptability & Learning: A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, embrace feedback, and solve problems efficiently.
Teamwork: Collaborative and supportive team player, ready to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive HR environment.
