We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who is excited about developing their HR skills and experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals and the company Managing Directors gaining invaluable insights and hands-on experience in various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- To be a point of contact for all day-to-day HR administration queries.
- Contribute to the success of the HR Department by providing a first-class service to all employees across the business.
- To monitor and administer the company absence policy ensuring all absence is recorded and the relevant paperwork is submitted.
- To ensure the upkeep of the employee personal files.
- Attending and minute taking meetings including investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings.
- To assist with recruitment by advertising roles and being heavily involved with the interview process.
- To assist with the issue of offer packs and contracts of employment to new employees, ensuring that the paperwork returned is checked for compliance, scanned and filed appropriately.
- Assist in the planning & execution of employee inductions, including coordinating with various departments.
- To compile correspondence for the life cycle of employees, including probations, salary reviews and leaver documents.
- Provide support for any training and development courses, booking courses, organising venues, sending confirmations to attendees and producing any supporting documents.

- Confident communicator both written and verbal.
- Possess excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient and competent user of Microsoft.
