Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team at BPH Attachments. In this role, you will support our HR functions, ensuring efficient administrative processes while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing our employee experience and supporting our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all telephone enquiries
- CV filtering on ATS system
- Support with the onboarding and induction process, contracts, new starter documents
- Maintain the online platform with new starters and leavers details
- Maintain the HR files and HR system, ensuring all employment-related documents are completed and up to date
- Organising candidate interviews and offers
- Tracking probation periods and annual reviews
- Annual emergency contact and health screening questionnaire updates
- Keeping risk assessments, company policies and method statements up-to-date on HR system and Intranet
- Ensuring H&S training is completed by all employees
- Booking meetings, greeting visitors
- Ad-hoc administrative duties for HR department

- Strong communication skills
- Strong HR administration background
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and to take the initiative
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skill
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
