What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating engaging and exciting learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years, both indoors and outdoors.
- Working as a valued member of our friendly and supportive team.
- Bringing your positive attitude and passion for early years education to everything you do.
- Contribute to the positive and happy environment we provide for our children.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for early years education and a positive, can-do attitude.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
- Someone looking for a long-term career in early years.
What We Offer:
- Generous Welcome Bonus: £1000 onboarding bonus (£500 on joining, and an additional £500 after successful completion of your 6-month probation).
- Competitive Salary: Qualified18+ year olds up to £32,045 FTE (£14.50 per hour) inclusive of paid lunch breaks
