Here4Care Ltd are a small care agency with big hearts. We cover Hereford city and surrounding areas. Here4Care Ltd was established in 2018 and have continued to provide a high standard of care to lots of service users who struggle at home on their own. Here4Care Ltd are extremely passionate about providing excellent, person centered care with service users in their own homes. We support people with different levels of needs and our aim is to keep them in their own homes for as long as possible.
What Makes Us Different To Other Care Agencies?
We pay FULL days that you are at work- not just when you are with service users. This, in-turn, allows current staff to feel motivated as they are appreciated that during their traveling between care calls, they are working and this should be acknowledged!
What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for care & support workers to carry out tasks for service users within their own homes. We have bespoke care plans for each service users so every one we visit is different in their own way.

Care & Support Worker Job Purpose:
Assists elderly, recovering, or disabled service users with the activities of daily living. Offers support and companionship to service users. Helps service users handle day-to-day self-care, such as toileting and hygiene. Communicates with families of service users to apprise them of the service user's condition and progress. Advises service users and families on nutrition, hygiene, household activities, and other appropriate areas.
Care & Support Worker Job Skills and Qualifications:
Service Orientation, Compassion, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Physical Stamina and Strength, Positive Attitude, Encouraging, Trustworthy, Patient, Detail-Oriented, Helpful, Capable of Working with Minimal Supervision, Self-Motivated, Timely, Awareness of Others' Needs.
