SFM are looking for a Housekeeper to support the reception team conferencing role at a UK head office based on Wellington street in Leeds.
This is a Monday – Friday role with a start time of 10.45am and finish 4.30pm you may be required to work the odd evening with notice.
The Housekeeper will be detailed orientated person supporting the reception team in set up, clean down and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and daily operation in the main kitchen.
The duties
Ensure all conference rooms are set up for scheduled meetings, clean, sanitised, well presented and stocked with refreshments and food as required by the reception team during and for the start of the next day.
Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and guests.
Stocktake cleaning and conference supplies and ordering, ensure all equipment is fit for purpose, working correctly, not defective, broken, or missing.
Undertake domestic duties in main kitchen during the day for the general office, collect crockery that is not brought back after lunch from main office, place in dishwasher. Sanitise tables and surfaces (this is ongoing throughout the shift)
Clean coffee machine prior to finish at end of day, ensure all associated requirements are fully stocked for the next day.
Crossover with the evening team, 15 mins window for communication/instruction from the day’s events, cleaning issues etc.
The person
Will speak perfect English & good command of written English.
Exceptional smart appearance
Customer focused.
Able to work on your own initiative and take instruction from the reception team.
Full knowledge of H&S, safe working practice.
Experience of customer facing role in hospitality or a similar role in an office environment.
Attention to detail.
Good timekeeper.
Reliable
Physically fit to undertake the duties.
Knowledge of Excel.
